It's been a pretty impressive turnaround by him at Cardiff and he deserves a lot of credit for it. Not really, they were a premier league club not so long ago so the infastructure is all in place for them to come back up, Cardiff is a big city with a lot of support, if he did it at Hartlepool then fair enough.
