These results would give this table:

the fuck happens then? Germany out cause of the red card? (assuming others don't get one in the last game)

edit: Ah, it'd go into a mini table type thing and goals scored amongst them

Germany 0-1 Mexico

Germany 2-1 Sweden

Mexico 0-1 Sweden

Germany 2

Sweden 2

-----------

Mexico 1

I am interested to see if Korea can succeed where Nigeria failed eight years ago and become the first side to advance from a World Cup group after losing their first two matches. If they win (difficult against Germany, though they have looked a competitive side) and Mexico also win, they will be even on points and at worst even on goal differential with Germany and Sweden.

We were extremely close in 2010, one goal away in match where Yakubu missed an open net from a yard away.

It would also be incredible if Mexico manage to go out after how brilliant they have been in the first two matches.

Every fucking time,it's just a fucking update on which England players are fit yet Clarke has to treat it like he's narrating a film noir piece

????

This is what drives me mad with Jonathan Pearce. He sounds like he's written out elegant prose for various situations in the game and you can literally hear his jizz his pants on air when one of them happens so he can compare the deftness of Messi's touch to a warm summer's breeze whilst gazing out across the channel.

Swedish FA filing charges with the police against Twitter/Instagram/Facebook users posting death threats/racist abuse against Jimmy Durmaz (the guy who gave away the freekick). Apparently in the eyes of the Swedish public, he’s no longer a Swede - even though he’s born and raised there, but with foreign parents.

They have a history of this don’t they towards players who are not 100% Swedish whatever that means? I’m sure Inra used to get flack.

No, not "the public", it's a minority. Who, as usual, is noisy on social media. But that's not really relevant. What's relevant is that racism is an actual problem, in Sweden and in other countries.
