Flashes of quality and potential but that's about it, I think a few still totally overate him based on a few early performances. You're going on as if he was a proven quality player, Ki's actually a far more proven player, especially in this league. I mean if we're looking for backup of course I'd rather have the younger player with potential, but Merino wasn't prepared to be backup and he's shown nowhere near enough to be anything more.
