depnds which Spurs turn up - they could murder us or just collapse - probably the least predictable team in the PL right now

Word.

Still reckon the wrong one will be at SJP..............still think 2-0

If we play to the peak of our abilities, and they play as well as they can, it'll be a fantastic game which we'll win 3-1.  If we play shit and they do, we'll still win.  "Depends which Tottenham turn up", it should be depends which Newcastle turn up, if the right one turns up, however well Spurs play will be renderered irrelevant.

I would leave Parker on the bench to be honest though, I'm fuckin fed up of him slowing the game down, he's done it since he came here, and fucks up counter attacks.

I predict we'll crush Spurs by 6 or 7 goals at least.

If we play a 4-4-2

Given

Nobby

Taylor

Ramage

Duff

Dyer

Butt

Emre

Milner

Sib

Martins

Keep the width, stetch their back line out to provide holes for Martins, Dyer and Emre to exploit. Have Nobby and Duff overlapping the wingers to cause confusion.

Simple...., Glen giz a job!

Agree we need to go 4-4-2, but I would line up with:

Given

Solano - Taylor - Ramage - Babayaro

Milner - Butt - Emre - Duff

Martins - Dyer

Subs: Harper, Huntington, Parker, Sib, Rossi

Fully expect to see some fudged line-up that sees at least 3 players out of postion to somehow work Parker into the starting 11 though.

I wasn't impressed by our Watford performance last week but i feel we are a poorer side against teams that battle like Everton, Bolton, Reading, Sheff U or Watford. Depending on whether Spurs can show some grit against us, will determin which way the game will go.

If our top players Like Martins, Dyer and Emre click then Spurs may struggle at SJP. Their main threat is Berbatov by a mile, if we get Taylor on him we could and should win. Apart from Citeh last week Spurs have been poor on the road but are playing pretty well. Promises to be one heluva game.

My Toon line up:

                        Given

Nobby      Taylor      Ramage    Hunty

                                Butt

                Parker

Dyer                                      Emre

                              Sibierski

              Martins

Prediction: 3-1 Martins, Dyer and Sibers. Malbranque for them

Dyer on the right? i'm sure he played uptop with martins when we played pompy and he had a stormer, it's fair to say he has been poor in the last two games, i'd play him and oba upfront on saturday, would give spurs something to think about as both are lighting fast and martins is good in the air for a man of his size.

Given

Solano

Taylor

Ramage

Huntington

Milner

Butt

Emre

Duff

Dyer

Martins
