The Arcadia group are set to discuss a CVA with creditors, this is expected to lead to the closure of most non-topshop/topman stores, and potentially put the topshop/topman brand up for sale. I would not be surprised is Ashley came in to offer to buy or invest in the business in order to diversify SD more. If he did then £350m would go a long way towards the purchase of them.
