Jinky Jim Posted July 19, 2021 Share Posted July 19, 2021 Feel there is more to come out……..whilst not being positive in any shape or form, i am waiting for the full story behind this latest news…All we have is a statement telling us arbitration will be delayed till 2022……..Mehrdad Ghodoussi twitter statement “There’s only one party playing games here” seems to infer that the PL are stalling…..Will be interesting over the next day or so to see if there is any comment from Ashley’s side…….There must be more to this story than what we are being fed……for instance why 6 months before start up of Arbitration…….I’m not being positive but nor am i giving up, until we get more background to the story…. The Arbitration panel was made up of three, one appointed by the PL and one probably bought by the PL, a fight we were more than likely going to lose. The CAT case is not under their control and disclosure will, from what we’re hearing, be the last thing they want. Might still be on this, maybe a smart move by Ashley.
