This is exactly the issue with British punditry. Its jobs for the boys around the networks and they're all mates with Bruce, Big Sam etc. Its pathetic. You'll never hear them getting tore into the likes of Bruce like they do foreign managers and they're riddled with contradictions like the one you just mentioned. It's so embarrassing like.
