Belongs in a hipster shampoo commercial and not in a Premier League team. An absolute nothing of a player.

Jack Colback mk2.

Free transfer for a below average midfielder. A proper Ashley signing.

He’s just bang average, perfect free signing for Ashley, god knows what his signing on fee was. The worst thing about the signing is that he’s possibly keeping Almiron out the team (on the basis that Joelinton is keeping Fraser out).

He’ll probably have a decent game next week in Hayden’s place.

Was what I expected. He was a solid 6/10 like Hayden normally is. Far more natural in the middle but just sums up the batch we’ve got to choose from.

Don't think he was that good yesterday, but would like to see him in a central 2 with Hayden and see how that goes.

Just yesterday ? He’s never had a good game yet, a total non entity of a footballer.

Yesterday was the first time he's played in his 'best' position mind. No doubt he's bang average at best but being shunted out wide hasn't done him any favours.

Yep, just a 5/6 out of 10. Didn’t do anything particularly badly, doesn’t do anything to stand out.

He did a lot badly, he doesn't know how to track a man or pass.  He is so indecisive and never knows which man to track so if there are 2 men he tracks neither.  Utterly worthless.

I can accept if you are a limited footballer you can't pass or be creative but he can't even literally run after a person.

Thought he was fine today. Often available for the ball, often moved it on first time or quickly, often got into a decent defensive position and didn't get caught in no man's land or just walked past (ala Shelvey). Absolutely nothing special and never will be mind but he was fine. Can be functional in this kind of set-up and this kind of game.
