Pilko
Belongs in a hipster shampoo commercial and not in a Premier League team. An absolute nothing of a player.
Scoot
Belongs in a hipster shampoo commercial and not in a Premier League team. An absolute nothing of a player. Jack Colback mk2. Free transfer for a below average midfielder. A proper Ashley signing.
BeloEmre
Finally got rid of Colback this summer. Next summer Saivet, Aarons, Atsu and Lazaar will be gone. Hendrick the next player to earn £30.000-40.000 a week the next four years for doing nothing.
Guest
He’ll probably have a decent game next week in Hayden’s place.
Dinho lad
He's a central midfielder and last night the whole team was absolutely shite. Will reserve judgement until he's given regular games in the middle.

Tsunami
He’s just bang average, perfect free signing for Ashley, god knows what his signing on fee was. The worst thing about the signing is that he’s possibly keeping Almiron out the team (on the basis that Joelinton is keeping Fraser out).
Guest
He’ll probably have a decent game next week in Hayden’s place. Was what I expected. He was a solid 6/10 like Hayden normally is. Far more natural in the middle but just sums up the batch we’ve got to choose from.
Ashley17
He looks every bit like a free transfer from Burnley.
Guest
It’s Colback mark II. I think we’ve got 3 or 4 others of the same ilk which is depressing.
Minhosa
Garbage. Utter garbage.
samptime29
Don't think he was that good yesterday, but would like to see him in a central 2 with Hayden and see how that goes.
GWN
Don't think he was that good yesterday, but would like to see him in a central 2 with Hayden and see how that goes. Just yesterday ? He’s never had a good game yet, a total non entity of a footballer.
Shearergol
I think he's getting away with it because he came from Burnley instead of Sunderland. He's absolute pish.
midds
Seems to offer as much as he cost - fuck all.
Judge Holden
Don't think he was that good yesterday, but would like to see him in a central 2 with Hayden and see how that goes. Just yesterday ? He’s never had a good game yet, a total non entity of a footballer. Yesterday was the first time he's played in his 'best' position mind. No doubt he's bang average at best but being shunted out wide hasn't done him any favours.

Guest
Yep, just a 5/6 out of 10. Didn’t do anything particularly badly, doesn’t do anything to stand out.
Ikon
I'd go with Longstaff and Hayden. Like Rafa did.
Guest
I saw more from Longstaff than I have since his injury when Benitez was here. Hayden & Hendrick are one and the same to me.

relámpago blanco
Yep, just a 5/6 out of 10. Didn’t do anything particularly badly, doesn’t do anything to stand out. He did a lot badly, he doesn't know how to track a man or pass. He is so indecisive and never knows which man to track so if there are 2 men he tracks neither. Utterly worthless. I can accept if you are a limited footballer you can't pass or be creative but he can't even literally run after a person.
Marmoset
Thought he was fine today. Often available for the ball, often moved it on first time or quickly, often got into a decent defensive position and didn't get caught in no man's land or just walked past (ala Shelvey). Absolutely nothing special and never will be mind but he was fine. Can be functional in this kind of set-up and this kind of game.
