Callum Wilson: offered 'incentive-based' contract extension (Ornstein)

Recommended Posts

Been reading a ton about Wilson and it's clear as day that he's massively underrated in the whole - if he was able to stay fit for an entire season he'd be a 20+ goal striker but you'd really get to see him bully and press so well. His execution of Howe's pressing system is really incredible. When you look at his physical presence, leadership and yes, the shit housing - he's so vital to the way we play.

Said on his podcast that Man United players even said it was a penalty for us.

Also said he would have done the same as Ronaldo as he thought the free kick had been taken.

Can guarantee Shearer would have tried but I bet he'd have laughed it off when it got pulled back rather than sprint into the ref's face with 8 of his mates.

Aye, that’s the key difference.

He's really, really good. It takes a special player to play that role and he's class at it. Brilliant against Everton as well and thoroughly deserved his goal.

He’s an absolute OX. bullied Spurs back 3 today reminded me of big Al today.

He’s got Shearer levels of strength for a lad who’s not huge.

Toney , Abraham and Rashford are ahead of him imo

Aye you could be right, personally as an impact sub hes better than Rashford, so long as that numpty from Everton doesnt go before him.
