Leeds were utter s**** 92/93 as well.

Granted they were the last first division champions, but still...

Blackburn.

Instant also rans and finished bottom of the worst Champions League group ever: Rosenborg, Legia Warsaw and Spartak Moscow.

The Liverpool collapse is hilarious. Would love for them to miss out on europe next season completely and see which players they manage to hold onto.

Or Operation Top Six enacted. Sorry Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal.

Watching Rosenborg in the champions league back in the 90's looking back at it was kinda magic. It felt like the whole country turned into Rosenborg fans during their matches, and then everyone outside of Trondheim area went back to hating them right afterwards.

They were a very good side back then, so it's not the same as a PL winning team ending below a Norwegian team in the CL group today. The eastern european teams back then didn't lose so many players to the bigger leagues either so suspect those teams were better compared to PL teams back then unlike now.

Salah, Mane and Teeth are all knocking on 30 so can’t imagine there’ll be loads of takers given how skint most Euro teams are.

City been nowhere near as good since De Bruyne returned and tbh, he wasn't having a good season before his injury. Shouldn't be in the team ahead of the likes of Bernardo or Foden atm.

Rashford and Martial are actually painful to watch. So dim-witted.

I know what you mean  but it's mainly Martial.  I'm never sure about him.  Is he good, great, average?  I can never tell.

Honestly they're both the same person. I feel the exact way you said about Rashford too.

There is so much ability there but my God the opportunities they spurn in fantastic positions is unreal.

Can't imagine what this Man Utd team would be if you switched them out for Sancho and Halaand.
