If we are going to be so pedantic on so so fouls around the box how does it fit the crime? Even by law that feels dubious but with this microscope on contact they will always be able to find a reason to give a pen. If this is what tehy want, all fouls always punished then pens should only be for actual goal scoring opportunities, not just minor clatterings on edge of box.
