10 points seems about par from those 7 games so far. We'd have been predicted to lose against Spurs & Liverpool and we'd probably have been likely to draw at least one somewhere, while there were definitely 3 winnable matches in there.

I dunno like, people were going on like we wouldnt get 10 points all season.

Pretty much every single person who's said we'd go down caveated it with 'if Rafa goes' or similar

Really?

With no transfers we're definitely going down and possibly in embarrassing fashion.

10. It's not even going to be close. We have the worst squad in the league and an owner who will do nothing about it.

Solid 10 if we don't do something in the transfer window. The team isn't close to being good enough.

10. As good as gone.

To be fair, we’re doing well for a side that was relegated 2 games into the season.

Fair enough, hadn't realised how RTG this thread was

If there's anything interesting about that it fits with the narrative this past weekend that the gap between the top 6 and the rest of the league has grown this season.

That and the current top 4 won't change for the rest of the season imo. I think it's become clear that those 4 are a step above the rest.

If Leicester win tomorrow it's becoming very congested below us mind. We might regret 3-4 points dropped at the likes of Brighton, Huddersfield and today.

We're too organised to go down. We just don't have a chaotic streak in us that all relegated teams go through.

Just as well we've got that organisation, that squad would get relegated under a lesser manager.

We will be consistent all season and will lose a fair few, ride our luck and win enough to see us mid table. Rafa is too experienced for us to go on losing streaks.

Reckon we will beat either Palace or Burnley and have a nice 14 points on board after 10 games

Aye, think it’s too soon to say it’s too close between the relegation spots. We look difficult to beat, as time goes on the organisation we are creating will pay off, we will win a few close games, and draw a few we should probably lose.

Tbh, there are no really out and out poor teams in the league this season so far. Even Palace, despite their results don't play really poor football and have good players.
