Amanda's interview was great and she seems to be getting really stuck in with the massive overhaul task she has in front of her, but I can't help thinking someone like Keegan fronting the PR side and whipping the fans up even more as well as sponsors ect would be a masterstroke and take some of the pressure off her having to speak all of the time.

I hope they’re not just going to replace the Sports Direct signs either side of NEWCASTLE UNITED with Amraco or whatever.

It would be quite nice to see the East stand plain again with NEWCASTLE UNITED on its own ?

Keegan will wait and see who they are before getting in to bed with them. Won't be burned again.

love the defiance vis a vis the PL and the other clubs. Fuck them and their stupid, unenforcable anti competitive new rules.

Yeah she would never say this if it wasnt for the wannabe-ban on new sponsorship deals. Shes calling out the bullshit knowing the lawyers will have a field day in court. Love her ❤️

Only reason indeed. There is absolutely no reason to mention this now, other than to show they will not be bullied into submission. Can imagine she’s laughing out loud in those workgroup meetings while telling the other clubs’ representatives our lawyers’ take on their proposals and how they will personally face charges for anti competitive behaviour if they push them through. In a few weeks time when their four week temporary block expires we will immediately push through a number of deals to put them in their place, no doubt.

Loving the complete defiance angle they're taking. PL clubs created a bullshit rule that they thought would prevent this and AS and co have just completely ignored it and are quite prepared to just roll straight over them, superb stuff. Their bullshit, unenforceable temporary block would get laughed out of court, they know it, AS knows it and they couldn't be more dismissive of it and the PL, they're doing exactly what they want and full credit to them. They've got their elbows out and are fighting their corner, fantastic to see and hear the owners of the club willing to do everything they possibly can to compete as much as they possibly can, it's the polar opposite of what was here just 6 weeks ago. They've got my full support, take them on, sign the deals, get the cash into the club and call their shitty bluff, fuck them.
