Not sure where you’ve got that from but odds on the ministry site will become housing, Tyneview Park is already being advertised before DWP vacate, probably in next couple of years. There will be a new training ground but it won’t be in a heavy residential area like Longbenton, far more likely to be out towards the Airport.
