Good thing he spent massive money on players he doesn't trust whilst the ones on the pitch are blatantly out on their feet.

I'm sure he's trying really hard to fix the late goals problem but he's not helping himself and it's happening too often.

Genuinely don't know what's going on. We concede late more or less every game. Bringing Wissa on in the 92nd minute when we needed to kill them off earlier. Just really don't get it.

Has to be a major concern this. Good time to turn it around now

What is even the point in the final subs 90 seconds from the end

Should have been making those subs when we still were leading !

He never will be but I wish he was proactive.

It doesn’t make sense, stick Wissa and Elanga on with some pace and it pegs them back a bit. But we sit back inviting them on and then concede…. again

Yeah it’s one of those games / occasions where you really are loathe to criticise the bloke who got us there but you know a more tactically astute manager gets far more out of that. We cowered away practically queuing up to give a goal away and no changes, no proactivity, no clue what to do.

I don't get the whole "He never changes games" thing, we where pretty poor in the first half, and then he made a couple of tactical tweaks at half-time and we where infinitely better, and could and should have scored a couple more. The issue also isn't seeing games out, its not scoring more when we are on top to make sure we don't have to see said game out.

Before everyone has a completely sane discussion in here I'd like to point out that since the last international break we've W3, D2, L1.

The difference between beating Everton 4-1 and drawing tonight 2-2 is the Murphy or Thiaw chances going in. The goals we've conceded include our GK losing his mind in Marseille, letting a CB score a ridiculous slow motion bicycle kick, a brainless handball for a penalty, and a ball bouncing in off our captain's ass.

We played well second half. But that goal was just poor, they tried that dummy several times.

He was far too late to make subs, when we were leading we should have changed it up and gave them something to think about.
