A full week to prepare for that and finally got some of that precious training time he's always harping on about, only to serve up more insipid, tentative and predictable shite away from home again.

 

A Man U side missing a bunch of players, including their two best, and allergic to clean sheets all season long, and we barely threatened their goal all night.

 

13 points pissed away from winning positions and 0 gained from losing positions, the sign of someone who either won't or can't impact games in flight with substitutes or changes to the system. This season has seen a clear and consistent pattern of regression in the mentality, performance and sum of the parts of this side. There's problems everywhere you look and he isn't fixing any of them.

 

Good thing he always learns from his mistakes though, I'm sure the next away game will be totally different.
