He says don't judge Bruce on his past record and only when he has taken charge, but why shouldn't he be judged now. Edwards is speaking positively of his past record at other clubs, but why is that ok instead of the understandable negativity over his appointment. Which is to say, we brought in the likes of Cabaye, Sissoko, Debuchy, et al for far cheaper relative to the market than we would now. Every cunt is going for £20m+ these days.
