I'm 99.99% convinced the takeover is not happening but what else could explain this level of incompetence in the running of the club. Nah they'll have a list of players across Europe on some database they have access to and will bid for players within budget, manager or no manager. Theyve done it for 12 years. Any player we receive an offer for that is deemed acceptable is moved on. All the manager does at NUFC is basically prepare the team for league games.
