jdckelly
Still seems to go with wing-backs though. Thought he was a old fashioned back 4 guy. definitely used 352 at Hull

Guest chopey
I think we'll sign a few more but have a feeling at least one will be sold to pay for it.

We will be blasting them in. Surprised they don't want 50m for him to be honest.

Collage
I’ve done some Dennis Wise scouting. Saint-Maximin seems to be a more athletic Ben Arfa without the end product. Pretty exciting to watch. Him and Almiron alongside Joelinton would be fun to watch, potentially.

mrmojorisin75
His end product looks turgid. Judging from one YouTube video; Yep, pretty much. Again looks exactly like Zaha in style and end product. Would expect similar stats from him as well.
Consortium of one
With Almiron, Joelinton and St Maxamin what formation? 5-2-3 or 5-3-2 with Almiron in the midfield 3?
Collage
With Almiron, Joelinton and St Maxamin what formation? 5-2-3 or 5-3-2 with Almiron in the midfield 3? Just use Rafa’s system, swap Perez for S-M and Rondon for Joelinton?

Pretty exciting to watch. Him and Almiron alongside Joelinton would be fun to watch, potentially. Looks like an ever-so-slightly better version of Atsu to me. Every clip it looks like he's not sure what foot to use next and never seems to quite have the ball under control. Doesn't quite know what he's going to do next. Just use Rafa’s system, swap Perez for S-M and Rondon for Joelinton? Won’t happen sadly I think it will be 3-5-2. It will suit some players like Shelvey less so Almiron if he plays him in midfield. Disco
A dwarf winger with no end product. He’ll be even less popular with the Donnay Ultras than Perez and Thauvin.

That sounds like Obertan Highlight reels for Obertan pre Manure were better tbh. Saint-Maximin does look quality though and is versatile. Most videos look like he is most comfortable on the left though which we don't need so much. Hope we hit the bullseye with Jim Bowen though. He is more like the Right Winger we need. chicago_shearer
Fast forward to December and he's dropped from the match day squad for a relegation 6-pointer. Local media stories euphemistically referencing the player's lifestyle and attitude. Bruce talking somberly about needing 'the right kind of lads' and 'fighting for each other'. Pundits nodding in agreement.
