Realistic Transfer Targets (2024/25)

Recommended Posts

Mentioned him before but Lamptey must feel his progress at Brighton is being severely limited by not getting a game because Solly March is playing so well for them

He'd have the same problem here but long term would be a nice option for RB

I've seen too much or Trippier now, rapid wingbacks are old news, I want wide playmakers flicking the ball about for fun.

If Southampton go down you could take both Walker Pieters and Livramento

Livramento would be a great pick up in the Sumner regardless of whether Southminster go down or not. He's been injured since April and still only 20 so who knows how that'll affect his career.

Some Argentine players I would like to target:

  • Alan Varela - Boca
    • Would fit perfectly into our system in a DM role
  • Ezequiel Fernández - Boca (on loan at Tigre)
    • Mouth watering prospect of having him and Varela at Boca this year.
  • Gianluca Prestianni - Velez
    • Same club as Perrone.
    • This kid is the business. Proper Wonderkid. Just maybe too young
  • Exequiel Zeballos - Boca
    • Recovering from horrific tackle/injury
    • This guy is Messi V2. His dribbling is off the charts.
    • Going to be breakout year for him. Love him !

Varela!

A Leicester City fan I work with claiming Leicester would only part with Maddison if Wilson goes the other way this window, he then came out with something about because Wilson is originally 20 miles from the area or something?

I said I could never see us letting Wilson go this window.

Think him and Howe are quite close, be awhile before we see him leave. Imagine him as our striker off the bench with all the rest he would get, if he would accept that position for a chance at winning stuff.

Arsenal could have a second chance to sign Barcelona forward Raphinha after missing out during the summer transfer window, the Daily Express reports.

The Gunners were keen on signing the Brazilian from Leeds, but a move to Barcelona has not quite worked out.

Raphinha has scored just two goals in 20 outings this season and Spanish outlet El Chiringuitohave now reported that he has already been identified for a possible transfer as Barcelona look to balance their finances.

A player I hope can be considered if he is to move.
