Realistic Transfer Targets (2024/25)

Recommended Posts

Looking at the England team today it’s seems apparent that the strategy is long term thinking. Buy the best English talent available young, train them, mould them and a few older established class acts like Bruno and trippier that they can watch and learn from.   Drill them with discipline, fitness, footballing nous and guide them as a unit for success.
expect the transfer policy to remain the same and manage your expectations accordingly. This is going to be fucking great. It’s how Ferguson turned a jaded and plodding Manchester United into

the most successful team in the last 30 years. He was hit and miss with big signings but his eye for young talent to fit into his system was second to none.
I get the tickle that Eddie has the same savvy. I just hope he wins a league cup so that the owners remain patient.

Think he’s being primed to replace Mo Salah when he finally leaves.

Good. Less likely to compete with us for the position. I think we really had a chance at Madueke right after Chelsea paid so much for Pedro Neto. I also thought he was a bit of a risk so what do i know.

No chance that Dibling stays at Southampton if/when they go down like.

Imagine there’d be plenty looking at him, but you’d imagine he’d be within our scope.

I’d love Dibling and Delap post-relegation.

I’m not sure Delap would play second fiddle, mind. I could see him being main man for an Everton/West Ham type.

Would take both, hopefully the progress of Hall and Livra to full England internationals may sway these types of players to join us as there’s a pathway for them here rather than the bench or endless loans with other clubs.
