Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal etc can stomach it easily but we can't. Feels we need to be taking some <£15m punts on promising youngsters and have a proper development programme for them. Unless it's a disaster you generally can make your money back, or at least not lose too much. It's quite weird we give really important jobs to random people like Harper and Shola and similar.
