'Constantly in arguments'

Right, well I shall leave you gentlemen to it for the evening since I'm offending you all so much!

Enjoy!

To be fair, I agree with both sides of the argument. It would definitely hurt us short term, but I can also see why the club might be alright with him leaving.

Personally, unless the fee is too good to turn down (£20 millon plus), I'd keep him.

Having a 33 year old right back as your most creative player is surely a concern of its own too. It’s an issue that will have to be fixed in year, if not sooner anyway.

Fwiw, I thought he’d retire here and I’d still be happy with that.

It is a concern long term. If we sell him now, it’s a concern short term too.

Selling Trippier is far from ideal. If we must do it to get a CM with Joelinton out - so be it. I guess.

I blame Tonali and Eddie’s lack of player care.

Good beginning, decent middle. Ending needs work.

The idea that selling Trippier for £12m unlocks 2 long term transfers is fanciful imo.

It’s Trippier out and a hard running, dribbly CM in for £30m. Thats it.

Could it feasibly unlock one permanent transfer and a loan to buy?

Not to wade too deep into the waters but it’s helpful to actually take on board criticism sometimes Kaka. Just because people disagree with you, it doesn’t mean you need to laugh at them or act like they don’t have a clue what they’re talking about. We’re all just throwing round our own opinions on here with no way of really verifying any of it
