I hope that it's just something minor and he can get back in time for a full pre-season.  Seems like he hasn't been properly fit and at his very best since September 2023, or whenever it was when he first got this knee injury.

Will have missed 61 games for us by the end of the season, 28 were due to the ACL but thats still alot of games missed outside of the ACL

This is an extreme overreaction. Returning from ACL injuries is often not straightforward, but they aren’t a death sentence like they used to be. 
 

I’d be more concerned if he has a full preseason and can’t stay fit next season.

Guehi is plenty comfortable on the left. Isn’t that where he has played mostly? For England at least.
