Superior Acuña
2 hours ago, AyeDubbleYoo said: How is Gordon like Owen? I wouldn’t cry over it like Bruno leaving, but I think it would be a major blow to our attacking quality which would be hard to buy back. Gordon seems to have an emotions and soul too. He's not just an empty vessel for some football talent DNA like Owen was.
Holloway
I'd say Tonali's tracking back hasn't stood up that well to scrutiny for large parts of this season, him failing to stay with his man has led to goals and opportunities
AJ9
I would build a team around players who can play ball tbh. So Miley, Hall, Bruno and Botman should stay (if he’s fit). Everyone else is open to sale at a price for me.

So there's an argument that if he stays with his man, someone else will have to commit to the player with the ball, but that's another tactical discussion entirely. I'll forgive him getting drawn to the ball and passed around in the middle of the park for whatever number goal for Barcelona it was last week, he was fucked and we were gone. AyeDubbleYoo
I mean, one man can only stop so many attacks per game Fair he could be a bit more disciplined, would help if the team overall was functioning in that sense.

gordonthecomeback
looks like he’s off in the summer https://www.shieldsgazette.com/sport/football/newcastle-united/newcastle-united-bruno-guimaraes-manchester-united-transfer-romano-6360230?itm_source=internal&itm_campaign=breaking-news-ticker&itm_channel=article_banner&itm_content=4 Edited March 27 by gordonthecomeback
GEFAFWISP
I'd be off too if I witnessed Wissa and Elanga at training every day.
Myleftboot
I think he was sold a dream when he joined us and it hasn’t materialised due to financial restrictions.
AyeDubbleYoo
Selling Bruno and Tonali to Man Utd seems pretty unlikely. Winds me up so much that people accept every rumour means someone's "definitely off" And I don't even read the football media. Kid Icarus
Nothing about the quotes in that article suggest he's off in the summer tbf.

Colos Short and Curlies
Id be more worried about Bruno leaving it we qualify for the Champions League. Seems the sort that would rather leave on a high.
kingxlnc
Bruno is our KDB - can't see him leaving - in fact can see him changing position once he loses his legs to the quarterback style - his passing and throughballs for a speedy striker He is up there with Nobby Solano as those who are adopted Geordies through and through - he's more of a Geordie than Steve Bruce. Conjo
Feel like Bruno has that body type that will enable him to play at his current level well into his 30's if he wants to. His motivation will probably go before his legs do.

TBG
So we could be looking at selling Tonali, Bruno and Gordon to Man Utd? Honestly wouldn't be surprised if it's not some grand plan to devalue our club, making it easier to sell so they can then buy Man Utd. Bet they wont take Hopkinsfraud with them though.
