Could argue he was hamstrung by injuries a little this year, but the complete lack of anything resembling a game plan or any resilience at all from those players, just proves he has no coaching ability and they're not playing for him at all. Fulham don’t have great players but their coach knows how to make them better the sum of their parts. Villa and Gerrard are the exact opposite.
