Let alone the other wealthier 17 premier clubs. Our absolutely horrible 90/91 season (rank it as the worst non-Ashley season I personally experienced,) the epitome of midtable, lost at home to Bristol Rovers and Notts County, rock bottom Hull did the double over us etc. We were closer to automatic promotion than these this season. Devon White killed us

If they go up they’ll get hammered and the fans will turn on them, if they don’t go up they’ll struggle to match this season and the fans will turn on them. They need to remember they were in League 1 very recently and struggled to get out of it. #FansFault *Which 99% of their problems actually are but they'll never admit it. Optimistic Nut
Very small part of me would like them up just to see this clown so far out of his depth that he goes down as one of the worst ever Premier League footballers.

He's this generations Lee Cattermole. A massively overhyped clogger that throws himself about a bit to show his passion for the club. As annoying a dickhead you're unlikely to find. Its like the Gazza/Vinnie Jones incident. Obviously will give it a miss but hope they fall foul of their nemesis again over both legs. Must have signed up on their ticket site as part of my quest to do the 92. Terrymac1966
Noticed their 20 million Players are suddenly getting devalued. Cmon Coventry give us some fun 🥳

If they go up I'd say there's a massive chance that Louis-Dreyfus sells up. He's not there as a fan, he's there to prove to his family that he's a big boy and by selling up he can show that he can take a distressed asset and flip it for a profit. Was just an email from Coventry saying as I have attended a home game "recently", sure it was 2 years ago, I have until tomorrow to apply for the play off home leg ticket I'm entitled to. I'm just useless with technology and trying to upload stuff etc so have taken it down. If they go up maybe they'll give me a ticket for the Toon game. Bit too old for sitting undercover with home fans nowadays like.

Targets putting in a strong tackle on a kid when they're getting thumped and trying to get the crowd going, and pretty much bullying a bloke who was likely getting pelters all game, and who despite being shite, was 10x the player O'Nien ever will be. et tu brute
I see the faux outrage squad are banging their drums, because one of them mentioned about speaking to a Newcastle Councillor about the new possible stadium location. For one there has been virtually nothing coming out, so I don't believe for a second that a high ranking Councillor would just give some mackem confidential information, which would have NDAs in place on any agreement. I love seeing how broken they are now on any mention concerning our club, the sad cunts.
pinkeye
This just made me laugh, in a thread explaining why they shouldn't worry about being rubbish in the last 5 games the opening post shared an insight about how PSG have just made it to the final of the Champions League: "Look at Paris St Germain, for example. They won the title and went unbeaten all season. But as they started to prepare the (Champions League) semi-final, they lost two games in a row. Now they're comfortable through to final." Terrymac1966
Deluded about their team their players and themselves Coventry arent very good and will be swept away by Sunderlands champions league superstars is my best interpretation 🙄

KennyUtd
Sunderland should be worrying about Salford City instead of Coventry City. They'll be passing them by in a few years.

I think it probably happened somewhere between 2018-19 but I get the idea their fans still hold onto this notion.
