"Euro Micky Mouse Cup"

Imagine calling a competition you've never qualified for 'Mickey Mouse'

The Champions League is a Micky Mouse competition to the mackems, absolutely Howling at that comment [emoji38]

I guess nothing can compare to winning the Papa Johns cup.

This is why you cant give them any crumbs, "Traditional 6points" in reality they've done it twice in 58years.

Its about as 'traditional' as them not being shit and Haley's comet

They happily do themselves down if it means diminishing an achievement by us.

Read on one of those deluded world posts that apparently NETD now only counts if you're in the same league - which takes away for us the small matter of being a couple league's ahead of them on several occasion, but also reduces their already small amount of times experiencing that down to five in 45years.

Reality is going to hit for these very soon

I'm seriously thinking of putting a big bet on the mackems finishing rock bottom.

They finished this season a massive 24 points behind Burnley and Leeds (who are also going to be relegated).

I honestly can't see them finishing higher than 20th.

I think them and Burnley are the most at risk of the 3. Burnley's whole philosophy was built on keeping out Championship attacks and to be fair they did so a lot of the time. They also managed to scratch out loads of 1-0s as a result and turned 1 point into 3 - again, fair play. That strategy won't work this season though. Better forwards/attacking units will score so the whole 'win 1-0' thing goes out of the window immediately. The other side to this is that once they're behind they'll be forced to be a bit more ambitious and open themselves up and they'll get splattered once they have to lose their shape a bit. Their entire premise of success is based to shutting teams out - that won't happen next season and they'll finish bottom imo

Hume will be spending far too much time getting absolutely skinned by Gordon and Joelinton like he did in the cup game last year. He was torn to shreds by both, every single time they went against him. Honestly man, they just love their constant bullshit fantasies.

Hewm is another who they think is of Premier League level when the truth is he makes Phil Bardsley look like Cafu.

That post just sums them up though, revelling in them being a bunch of cloggers, kicking opposition players in an attempt to bring them down to their level.

Like how they cheered when Charlie Onion tackled a 17 year old at 0-2.

Whether you like it or not, you just don't get away with the more robust challenges of the championship in the PL.

He'd be off in no time just walking around clattering people. And Bruno is cute with his diving for a start

Looks like they have the comfy pillows ready for when we play them. Beat us, and little Sunderland have made a statement for mankind. Lose to us, and it's faux outrage at the forefront, it's not a derby anymore and our squad has cost £500 million. Sad cunts what they are

Completely and conveniently ignoring the last game we played them off the park and didn’t even break a sweat, despite them trying their hardest hard man act. Aye. That’ll work. Imbeciles.

How will the most fouled player in the league deal with getting fouled?

I think they are vastly underestimating the amout hard nuts in our squad, Mad Dog, Lascelles and Schar love a battle, Botman looks like a Hitman, the likes of Burn Bruno and Tonali get involved in everything, personally I would start Osula in the first Derby and tell him just to go mental and cause chaos then bring Isak on at half time to help himself to what's left.

Nowt wrong with been confident, however the Premier league is a different beast compared to the last time they were in it.

One one hand they say Hume is a class defender worth tens of millions then on the other hand they say  he's a clogger.

He was like a frightened mouse against us last year. He was rinsed time after time by Gordon and also Joelinton for the 1st goal. Currently they have not one player who is premier league quality, and they are going to find out the hard way next season.

Hume was absolutely diabolical in the derby last season. He was completely overpowered by Joelinton. He has Ballard to thank for ensuring he wasn't the worst player on the pitch.

I think there's a player in Mayenda and possibly Rigg.  Outside of that though...

That porky fucker in goal is going to be well exposed next season.

Not seen it with Rigg as he's looked poor whenever I have seen him. I appreciate he's still a bairn though. Mayenda had decent finish to the season, but he's had large parts of the season where he's been poor also. Mackems before the final two games had been calling him (no surprise I know) quite a few times during the season. Again he's young though.
