I went down another route post 60, and have recently bought my 10th guitar.  My wife said ... why do you need moire than 1 guitar?..... my response was... why do you need more than 1 pair of shoes?   That wasn't well received

You clearly don't love it, and it certainly wasn't a boast, but I should explain more. I had a family to get home to and didn't feel I could sit and play Fifa with 7 younger lads. Poor on my part but fkn hell, I have loads of fun too. Just not in front of a telly. 😆

There was some discussion about it, yes. One incredibly optimistic soul predicted 30k.

There hasnt been 30k in there all season. Thousands of dished out tickets are in the count as 'allocated' but in truth arent taken up at local venues including a hundred or so schools...desperate to be relevant and 'big'

Their Cup games show them up for what they are when they actually have to declare the true attendance with the receipts being shared between the opposition club and the FA, or Football League depending on the competition.

 

They can pull figures out of thin air for league games without being challenged. If they'd have declared 40k v Stoke in the Cup the other week and then handed them their £30,000 share of the gate, eyebrows would have been raised.
