That was out of the blue as the new lad Le Fee clearly has quality but has looked somewhat uncomfortable and at times peripheral out wide, he seems more a controlled, technical footballer than an explosive winger - yet he just turned into Anthony Gordon for a moment and with a lovely touch and acceleration to create that goal.

Tbf when I've seen them lately they've looked better than sheff u and burnley. Love to see them bottle it now though and rigg crying into his ftm flag...

His dad must feel so embarrassed by that.

Was an entertaining game but most of the players on the field would be shown up in the premier league. It’s been said before but why do they (lower league sides) keep trying to play from the back when their players (defenders in particular) lack the touch and composure to do so.

Watched about an hour last night and in fairness was the best second division game I've watched this season, albeit that's not very much at all.

Boro seem almost obsessed with playing possession, build up football - almost to the point that it becomes more important than the result itself and looking good is a better result than winning three points ??  They shoot themselves in the foot and end up losing due to two fluke goals by not being serious enough in the final third.

Sunderland are so far away from PL level but there again so are the sides currently above them.
