Bit of a grim topic, but does anyone know what happens when someone with a season ticket passes away? Can the ticket be moved to a family member? Or does it have to be given back to the club?

Mixed messages about it, was speaking to someone a few days ago when they provided the death certificate within the last 2 years and the ticket was allowed to remain in the family. However I thought it was passed back to the club

Mate of mine’s grandad passed in the summer, told the club that it was likely he was going to pass and queried regarding the ST. Was told he could keep it in his family. After he died, it went back to the club and into the ballots. Club apologised for passing on false info and offered a free stadium tour. He told them to shove it.

Back to the club - they wouldn't let my mate take on my Da's - about 300 loyalty points as well

Caulkin talked about getting the season ticket of his late stepfather (I think). Mentioned working with somebody helpful at the club who sorted it. Obviously you imagine he has the type of contacts inside the place to make doing that a doddle.

I was fortunate (I guess) that my grandad was unable to attend SJP from around the time the club asked everyone to sort out digital ticketing, so I emailed them asking to change the name on the ticket and the ticket type from concession to adult. It was sorted after a bit of back and forth around login details and me having multiple accounts linked to the same email. I'd just try the same thing again if needed and go from there.

On the subject of season tickets, I know it won’t be in that particular persons name but surely passing the login details on will make sure you keep hold of it?

Admittedly slightly trickier if it’s on a concession.

Yeah, I just would try and find a way to do it without involving the club

Our ever-green U21-player of yesteryear just followed me on IG, does this mean I’ve made it?

Idk but I got a heart from Jonas once on Twitter and took that to mean we’re best mates now

What the fuck is that song [emoji38]

Sam Fender released it today in memory of his late grandparents. I kind of like it.

Go on Mandy!

Staveley departed Newcastle in July but still spoke during the arbitration hearing. Although her appearance was not necessarily at the behest of the club’s hierarchy, Staveley felt it was important to argue against APTs, given how their removal could benefit Newcastle.
