I think Pope taken us as far as he can. But he is not good enough for where we want to go. Problem is I dont rate Ramsdale much. Also, got to ask how many of these apparent top saves you wouldn’t expect any other keeper to make? Can only thing of one against Arsenal in the first half. Ginola14 Posted November 10, 2025 Share Posted November 10, 2025 he's served the club really well but I think it's time to give Ramsdale a run in the team like when Dubs came in last season and his composure and passing made the team look better can't pull all the blame on Pope as they were shambolic perofrmsnces all round, but against Wham and Brentford the team has lost valuable 0-1 leads due to his blunders his punching / decision making and kicking seems to have become more of a liability recently granted he still makes excellent saves but feel like Ramsdale deserves a chance now Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think Nick is a phenomenal shot stopper - one of the best in the league. But he's poor at just about everything else.
