It’s a very common theme among the best players in the world. You don’t get many world class players who don’t get frustrated with their teammates

I think it's great, he even does it when he has lost the ball [emoji38]

Tbf, it did get adapted to ‘scousers net’ at Wembley…

Tried to get people to sing this after the game at wembley -

"Who put the ball in the Mackems net,

Who put the ball in the Arsenal net,

Who put the ball in the Scousers net.

Alexander Isak."

Failed miserably ;D

Can't find the original post but a little adaption.

"Virgil Van Dijk gets nowhere near him, and he scores goals in a heartbeat now, that's the point of Isak, he scores in every ground. Whooooa, whoaaaa."

‘Defenders get nowhere near him, he’s gonna score in a heartbeat now’ perhaps?

Newcastle head on, but anyone else worried he’s getting too good?

No - if he goes, it is for a transformative fee to one of the world’s genuinely biggest clubs.  And if he stays - we’ve got one of the best forwards on the planet.

Having said that, my suspicion would be that he could end up in a destination which never gets mentioned - he gets sold in the next couple of years to a PIF Saudi club for an insane amount of cash, and earns himself a million a week tax-free.

Funny how this one never gets mentioned in the press - but I reckon there’s more chance of that than him joining fucking Arsenal.

Arsenal can’t afford him, the clubs that can don’t need a new forward.

Agreed - Man City, Bayern and Real have CFs; Liverpool, Chelsea, Man Utd, and Arsenal wouldn’t have the FFP headroom; Juve, AC Milan, Inter, Barcelona and Man Utd don’t have the money.

The odd one out is PSG - not sure if that would appeal to Isak.

Are Barcelona in that World Club tournament this Summer?  That might give them a decent amount of cash.  Although being Barcelona, they have probably already spent that in advance.

New economic levers. Heard they’re harvesting a kidney from each of the Academy kids in La Masia to pay Dani Olmo’s wages for next month.

Would Liverpool be able to afford him considering the wages they are gettin off the books potentially?

Probably.

Whether they'd sanction such a move, given the budget they'll be working in and the amount of players they require is a different matter.

PIF playing the long game by spending like £100m+ on Neymar etc, in preparation for when we have a top star, they spend £150m+ and it’s justified market value.

See, he fucking loves it here. I'm absolutely certain of that. Yeah sure he'll be paying attention to interest from others but I'm positive he'll be here next season (at least).
