Kooiman you're a top poster, where have you been this entire time mate? (as a new member!)

Very kind mate. Just spouting off here to save the wife getting more bored of me.

Despite amount of vile shit and abhorrent videos that I've seen on that app, this is comfortably the worst thing I've seen on there.

Meh.

Never really felt any emotional attachment to Isak, as good as he is. He never seems fully invested in the way Bruno and others were. He knows he’s good enough to play for the best, and I feel he always saw us as a stepping stone. Cool on the pitch, cool off it.

We should in theory be able to assemble a stronger squad with the money if he goes - however the way the summer has been handled so far would lead me to assume that won’t be the case.

Feel like I've been a bit spoiled by getting more into NFL the past few years and the general loyalty star players have to their teams there (unless their team are absolute arse year after year).

There's also less than two leagues worth of teams to go to, most of which are cannon fodder. The Raiders are paying also ran Geno Smith $40m this year - an eye watering £560k per week / £1.5m per game.

Hope is milking this more than Romano like. Fuck right off.

Of course he is. His first story on it yesterday gathered 26M views on X.

Making bank based off nonsense.

It does seem odd that it's only Hope with all this inside info and everyone else is piggy backing off if it.

Isak is clearly unsettled as from what Bruno said, however i really don't think it's nailed on he gets sold.

Romano is just fuelling the flames because he like to suck of his Liverpool buddies.

I do wonder if our Ekitike bid was because we know Isak wanted out or because we wanted to pair them together though.

At some point it may come out that Isak is unsettled because he’s had no support around him because of the lack of voices upstairs, so been led down a path that he regrets.

Strong arm around him, set the record straight and the narrative in the media may change. Wouldn’t be the first nor last player who’s been badly advised, and we’ve only got Howe to correct him on path who can only do so much.

Just ignoring that they then beat Fulham, Villa and City without conceding a goal then?

He had a good second half of the season as did Palace in general.

Fulham isnt the gotcha you think it is.

He'll still be at Palace for a reason. He's just not as good as he used to be.

Why are we allowing dope unfettered access to the players on this tour. He’s upsetting the fans and the camp by quizzing them about this. Who tf is in charge? Why the hell were Bruno and Burn having to field questions about the future of one of their team mates. This is more embarrassing than Man U’s tour of Malaysia.

He's right to want to leave based on the disarray at management level, not matching his contract demands and not reinforcing our squad to a standard for continued improvement. He's world class, we need to do more to match the ambitions of world class players, and however we navigate PSR to do it, clearly it's fell short by some distance over the past 12-18 months.

He's still a shitebag if he's refusing to travel/play (and the timing) because of this and it's a major mark on his time here due to this behaviour. Shame and confidence is low we replace well even with a big sum.

In short, I'm bummed but it's only football, Newcastle United is eternal.
