I do think that is always the case with Talksport and the like. But I think there is probably genuinely a part of him who has seen all this before when he was at Palace. So is probably as sick to death of it as we are.

Player power, transfer sagas playing out in public, disingenuous agents and whatever else I’ve missed. Must be fucking annoying if you live and breathe that on a daily/weekly basis.

No fan of Jordan. But I feel like he has been fairly consistent with stuff like this.

I think he has been consistent on these things and I think you’re right about him being sick of the player power thing. Bosman rule is naff. I do like his take on things as a former owner - it’s a bit different. He’s totally bombastic mind.

It does grate when I work full time and can only afford to take my kids to alternate games but they are arguing about the difference between mega mega money and mega mega mega money. I know it’s not relevant before you all have a go! Just grates is all!

I like most people are really pissed off with the current situation, which i personally think is justified.

I'm currently bouncing off the walls after reading Oliver Holts hit piece he's just released, fuck me he's an absolute cunt.

He absolutely hates us. Everything he writes about us is filled with bile. Blokes an arsehole

Nah. I get that to a point. It’s why I hate the often used “leaving Aldi to go and work for Tesco for £3 more an hour” or whatever similarly stupid analogy people use to justify some of the greed

Something has been different since the cup final or around then. I think the first contact was probably at that point.

Weird way of doing it. Identifying targets early, sounding out interest and putting a financial plan for selling / affordability in place.

Van Disney smirks and says something to Isak whilst covering his mouth at the end, Isak just ignores it

I did think it could only be something like 'see you next season' or something like that... Probably done the intermediary tapping up ages ago

Look what Liverpool did to us, and how much we loved our boy. It's wild really. He was nearly immortal in my eyes only 3 weeks ago. Cmon man.

It's almost cruel demanding that he stays based on the shambles that we are right now.

Not really. Whilst we're making an absolute pigs ear of our transfer window it does seem to be forgotten that we are a very good football team with champions league football to look forward to. He's also paid very handsomely.

So a club can just prevent you from working anywhere else despite your contract ending? Howay man. In Bosman's own case his wages had dropped 70% at the end of the contract and he was being forced to stay.

I still hope he stays and maybe it's time to start using loops to move forward our project. About a time that PIF shows some balls by not selling ISAK to Liverpool. Cartel is doing everything to stop our progress...Fu... those wankers.

yeah but we expect Liverpool to be greedy dickheads.. the frustrating part is Isak. Just won a trophy with a team and wants to leave not even few months later.

Holt has made me want him to stay now no matter what, tell Liverpool they can have him later in the window so they sell Nunez and then pull the plug and keep him. If we can't improve ourselves let's weaken Liverpool and piss off these media arseholes with an obvious agenda

Aye, let’s not lose our heads here. On the pitch we’re fine, off the pitch we’re a mess. Can’t wait to fuck all the off the pitch stuff off in a few weeks. It’s fucking wank

I don’t even think we’re THAT much of a mess off the pitch. The Mitchell situation has certainly has certainly derailed a lot though.

That may well be the case but it isn’t how the rule is now used by many to get even more money out of the game. I don’t mind football being obscenely well paid but it’s getting a bit ridiculous now. How many people could really know what even 20k a week would feel like…..

We beat Arsenal three times last season and created more chances against them in the one game we lost on their park with Wilson up front. We are not a "mess".

Isak may take a dim view of us, but I need to hear if from him himself, not a clickbait merchant.

I want him gone but he can’t go now. The window has been so bad he can’t be allowed to leave. Suck it up and earn your money

If we cant find a quality replacement we cant sell. Easy as that.

At this stage though, agreeing a pay rise for a player who clearly desperately wants away would be a sickener. Fairly sure we’d have sorted one with Mitchell gone now but Isak’s fucked it

Without being too cruel to Alexander, what a fucking wanker he's turned out to be .
