Very telling that neither of them questioned whether Isak is bluffing.  The concerning thing for me is if Romano has sources inside Newcastle and that's why he thinks it would happen. But frankly why anyone in the club would be speaking to him is beyond me, at the moment it has the feeling of him being fed stuff about what we've said coming to him via his agent or Liverpool.

Not sure why people are freaking out over the “news” today, there’s nothing new to report from the situation, it’s just that Isak or his people have briefed the press on their position again.

Fucking hell I didn't think I could hate Liverpool any more than I already did.

 

What a bunch of entitled and insufferable cunts with the victim complex to go with it. Time for PIF to show their teeth and block the sale altogether.

 

It's gone past business for me, it's all about principle. Rewarding Isak and Liverpool with a move sets the precedent that you can use the media and your shills to unsettle players for more favourable terms, and if you're a player, you can chuck your toys out the pram like a 4 year old child and get what you want.
