Your anger is lost on me tbh CF - I said sweet FA about the club not spending to the max possible under PSR.  I’m a PSR bore - I know how much we can spend and why.  No issue there.  The issue is wider than that.

Was about to say I am not angry with you/your point. But, on reflection, I think I am. Well, more exasperated. What more do you want? If you’re a PSR nonce (it’s the word of the week!) what more did you expect?

You didn’t mention transfer spend, but you said you don’t blame him for going as he was sold a project that the club didn’t follow through on and that you’re unimpressed by the slowness and inaction of the ownership. Transfer spend is surely relevant to that. Indicative of an ownership trying to build a better squad (remember what the opposite felt like?). Spending what we/they can, overstretching at one point. Look at the improvements last three years (3.5 actually) to previous? You’re unimpressed?
Just doesn’t land well man. Comes across like you’re bemoaning the warm weather and your noisy aircon whilst forgetting what it’s like to freeze your bollocks off in the pissing rain.

I have a dream that he continues to struggle and we draw Liverpool at home in the FA cup. Wor Flags does a big banner something like "£130 million, 20 games, 2 goals. Sorry no refunds."

Yep, dreaming if you think it’ll be 2 goals in 20 games

Sorry it was Botman I said looked slow when he joined from the clips.

Bruno I said he looked slow as part of my first observations of actually watching him play. Sorry a whole 6 weeks after he signed. Of which YOU specifically gave me pelters for saying.  YOU were totally wrong.

3 years later you’re giving me stick for something YOU played a part in [emoji38]

Legit, are you not embarrassed? You’re trying to claim some legitimacy because my dates were 6 weeks out. YOU were one of the people giving me pelters for saying Bruno was slow [emoji38] when I remember how - I’m hiding you. You offer nothing constructive.

Plenty of people said Bruno was slow after seeing him play for us. I feel you’re missing the point entirely here (obviously deliberately because you’ve been called out). You’re just an absolute bullshitter

well done for admitting you were talking about a completely different player, it’s very grown up of you.

Here’s my final take on Number 14:

Firstly, I think we all know he’ll come good to an extent, but I don’t think he’ll ever fully justify the price tag. He’s a player capable of special moments, but he also needs a well-functioning system around him to get the best out of his ability going forward. Particularly as he off the ball application has never been amazing, and pressing has never really been one of his strengths.

The issue he’ll face at Liverpool is that the system won’t be built for most of the chances to fall to him like it was here. They have too many other attacking options for that, and Liverpool’s build-up play is far more intricate than our was, which isn’t necessarily his strongest suit. In fact, some might argue that Woltemade would’ve been a better fit, and it’s also why Ekitike has looked more natural as their No. 9.

Essentially, Isak can be elite in the right system. Whereas players like Kane and Haaland are simply elite, regardless of the system. The question is whether he’ll ever get that system at Liverpool. To back that up, just look at his Sweden form: even when he was at his best for us, it was never outstanding, and it’s looked even worse since Kulusevski dropped out of that side.

I found the actual data. He scored 11 goals after 60 minutes. Though 5 of those were in his first season.

10 when starting. 3 in the first season (+2 as a sub). 5 in the second one (+1 as a sub). 2 in the last season (where he scored 27 in total).

Out of those 10 goals, 7 were penalties. So 3 non penalty goals.

I still don’t blame him for going, I don’t think the club was matching his ambition nor what his salary should be.  I suspect he was sold the club on promises of a ‘project’ that didn’t follow-through; it can’t just be nameless wankers like me on the internet who are unimpressed by the slowness and inaction of the ownership.  Also, Mitchell acted like an amateur cunt and I can only blame the knackers who appointed the amateur cunt in the first place through their existing relationships.

He still acted like an unprofessional wanker though, and I do have the funny feeling that the unnecessary additional pressure he’s added to his signing will be likely to sink him - and he’ll get fuck all sympathy from me.  But I’m not writing off the moment I’d waited my life for because he acted the twat later on - I’ve seen plenty of unprofessional knackers in B&W, some of which haven’t had opprobrium poured over them obsessively after they went.  He came, scored a load of goals, won us a trophy, was sold for double money is the story.  If we now win bucketloads of trophies then of course that legacy will diminish with each successive trophy win - but for now, he’s a club legend as far as I’m concerned.  And a cunt, too.

He didn't win us a trophy, the team did.

As a Scotsman I have seen the future. Sweden and Scotland will scrape into second in their respective groups, they'll face each other in the play-offs and that ratty prick will score the goal that keeps us away from the World Cup.

I don't think he'll hit the Highs as he did here, the team he's joined is full of top players that don't look for the striker as first option when attacking. Now trent has left he's gonna find scoring difficult for them as defenders will have time to mark him out of games.

like salah now he's basically a non entity.

That video reel from yesterday’s match leaving any good parts out? If not, that’s the worst I’ve ever seen him play.

He did set up Bergvall with a great chance but he messed it up, should have been an assist

But fortunately wasn't 😎

Also think he’s as thin skinned as a bat’s wing.. the constant spotlight and trolling online after every shit performance will be getting to him. Their egos are so fragile they can’t help but have a quick peep on Twitter or Insta every day.

Not only does he not want to work hard, he’d rather hide under a pile of coats than face up to what a massive cunt he revealed himself to be.

It’s all karma in progress.

Please don't say stuff like this, I might start to like him again.

I suspect there'll be plenty of Brentford fans who are happy that Wissa's start (to his time here) has been a disaster.

As for Isak...the fucker will come good and be banging them in. But until then...LOL.

Will he?

Do you think he'll get 20 league goals?
