Ornstein info is just from likes of Hope, so it’s just him using more inflammatory terminology to gain the traction to his article.

Very unlikely imo. Everyone else has used the same terminology and cited where its coming from. Ornstein is stating it as his own thing

Well this is all pretty shit really. I know we should know our place in the pecking order and just shrug our shoulders as bigger clubs take our prized assets but I was expecting more from PIF.

Yes what PIF should do is a bit of light kidnapping and torturing until our wantaway striker decides to stay...

What exactly do you want PIF to do in this situation?

A player wants to go, they go.

150-200m or your not fucking going anywhere sunshine.

Three years, so we're in a stronger position than Palace were with Guehi. Yes, we don't have to sell to a lowballer.

Had a second thought, might be it’s better to keep him at all cost and told him he will only get his move next summer, no matter what. We need time to find a replacement, and we might have a better shot for top 5 finish by doing so.

selling him now and trying to bring a new ST within such a short period usually won’t end well. Panic buy.

even if we can only get much less next season, just keep him

We don’t even have a team ready to spend the money.  We can’t sell him.

This is now officially more concerning than when my lass and her gym instructor went to a Zumba expo at the NEC and then came home that evening with carpet burns on her knees and elbows

Shocking. I also heard she caught crabs off the gym towels and had a sore ringpiece off a dodgy buffet.

Get minimum £140m and send him on his way

It's a shitter, but there's always opportunities. Players come and go.

We've hit the glass ceiling, and to be fair quicker than I thought we would. But the club needs to improve off the field, or the words about competing at the top will start to sound hollow.

Shite post. We don’t know anything yet

Exactly.

Folks, stop believing all of this crap that the journo's have been spouting in the last hour or so and stop slagging off Isak. One journo posts an article about Isak exploring other opportunities and the other journos are just putting their spin on it, nothing more, there is absolutely nothing to back up their drivel.

Wouldn’t have thought so, but money might talk, especially if YAR loves him so much.  He’d be the perfect ‘face’ for the Pro League.

Lets just hope Liverpool wouldn't finance an Isak move with Salah to Saudi.

PIF screwing us over to get their hands on Salah, the player they really want.

Fingers crossed the club tell Liverpool to rub their £130 million in their pubes.

Ideally Saudi or a club on the continent if he has to go, under no condition should we help strengthen any of the Sky 6 and especially not the Scousers.

He should be told he can’t go to a PL club.

Would be the right approach but whether it would work is a different matter.

£150m+ outside the PL. Either that or we keep him for 3 years and let him leave for free. If he downs tools at any time sue him for his value.

He has little power here, he needs reminding of that. If we can get the right deal then I'm not that bothered. Players move on, and he's one leg injury away from being half the player he currently is.

Nah. How it's presented matters. Exploring gives you plausible deniability if a move doesn't happen.

Nobody with a brain takes exploring a move as anything other than wants to leave.

If they do, I don't know what to say.

Supported the club since 93 when i was a little kid. This club really is a roller coaster isn't it? I'm laughing but i'm also depressed at the same time about it at this moment.
