Think he scored a late brace against Forest one time.

But aye he’s usually blowing by 60 mins. immobile by 75 minutes.

The winner he got against Spurs this season (78) is the only time he’s scored an open play goal in the last 20 mins when starting.

His stamina is so poor. There’s so many goals to be had late in a game. Feel like Salah scores loads of late goals.  Lad is made out of granite. Isak is skinny and soft yet doesn’t have stamina.

I don't do FPL but to me I think your probably correct , Howe reckons he's missing next two games if you believe what he says

Howe is a notorious liar as well which doesn’t help. Him saying he’s out makes me think he starts and plays 90.

He's incredibly isolated in our system and constantly having to press, make thankless runs or drop back to support the midfield and he plays every possible minute that he is not injured or completely gassed out. I really don't think it's an issue with his stamina, it's an issue with the way we play him, completely isolated without support or rotation.

I disagree a bit.  When fully fit Wilson is able to get through more pressing and physical battles and has more in the tank come the end of a game. Likewise Gordon and Wood when he was here.

The lack of stamina is a fair criticism. He’s a top player but the stamina isn’t elite.

In FPL circles, Howe is a known liar regarding player fitness. As is Mikel Arteta.  Maybe liar is strong they would both say things like ‘it looks promising for x player to make the next game’ and the player will miss out - sometimes several weeks. Then will do the opposite with ‘hasn’t trained all week, doubt he can play a part’ - lad starts. It’s intentional misdirection and a continual pattern of behaviour.

The rest are largely honest with what they say.  Someone like Ange is upfront

There has been this constant reference to Howe lying about players fitness to mislead the opposition as to our line up, but I've never really seen it myself. He pretty much always seems to just tell it pretty accurately from what I've seen. But maybe I just haven't been paying attention.

Nah he’s a straight up bullshitter. An absolute killer for FPL.

Nah. Not at all. Always either straight bats the question or he’s a bit cryptic or misleading.

Often mentions about how they’ve not trained or need to get through training that day, late check on them, unsure they’ll play but it’s not long term, might be available for the weekend (actually out for 6 weeks) etc.

Journos have even referenced it. I’ve seen social media accounts saying how bad it is for their FPL team. It’s a running joke amongst the online fan base on social media.

I remember when Tindall tried similar in Howe’s absence and everyone laughed as he was blatantly just lying about Isak’s chances of being available
