Why is he trying to shoe-horn "United" into the equation? They genuinely aren't a step up from us now and I really believe Isak would be better off staying here .

Vardy and Jota were good finishers, but it doesn't look like it anymore. DCL is way below the line, which raises all kinds of alarms. Its easier to forgive Nico Jackson, because his pace/power will be creating some of the many opportunities he's had. Above the line, Wood and Welbeck are having great seasons in spite of their historic finishing abilities.

Is the circle size minutes played?

That would make sense to me. Jota and Muniz both have around 1,000 minutes for example, with Jota slightly more.

Would also say Hojland has 0.21 G&A per 90 this year in the premier leage according to https://fbref.com/en/players/491a433d/scout/12524/Rasmus-Hojlund-Scouting-Report so his blob doesn't appear to be accurate, though we don't know when this data was taken. That said his stats are still monumentally dreadful this year.

done his job with the pen when called upon. but normally has bags of energy.. there was hardly any high press and closing down keeper today. however, whole front line wasn’t at their best today so..maybe just one of those games

Howe got asked specifically about Isak’s form in the press conference and he said we were finding it hard to get bring him into games (as in pass to him, creating chances etc) and mentioned he’d only returned to full training this week after a few minor injuries.

I’m guessing another part of the answer is he needs a rest but we haven’t got anyone who is even close to him so Howe can’t say that out loud. This is what the “Delap won’t even play!” lot need to remember. It’s very different times but we already had Ferdinand and Asprilla when we signed Shearer.

His decline in form can be traced back to Gordon coming out of the starting Xl. He’s still had some moments since then as world class players do, but he’s looked subdued and starved of service. We’re not playing on the transitions effectively enough which is where he’s so dangerous.

Burn said in his post match interview that the tactic wasn't to press Brighton as much as we usually do

He's also clearly carrying something that's holding him back imo. Clear as day.
