You don’t turn in constant abject performances where you’re not even jogging like he did at Man U without there being a major issue. Everyone expected him to put in as much effort as he possibly could and play well early on. Give it 6 months. Let him earn his move, get comfortable, then see how he gets on. He will revert to type.
