Leicester simply stepped it up and got in and around them. Scored a good goal and hung on for the point. Not sure how long they can get away with playing like that but they ground a point out tonight so fair play.

Spurs man.

Played so well first half and come away with a point.

Probably would have even lost if that injury doesn't happen, and take the energy out of the stadium, as Leicester were all over them.

Spurs having Son, Solanke, Kulusevski, Johnson, Richarlison, Maddison, Werner and Bergvall for the attacking positions seems a huge number to try and keep happy

joeyt refusing to acknowledge the existence of Wilson Odobert is it?

Random commercial there on the US coverage. Talking about Arsenal “going to their cross-town rivals, Aston Villa”

Just caught the whole commercial this time and it starts with "It's a London derby..."

Ridiculous. How many people had to say okay to that for it to get put into production and then aired?

Right, first game week done, time for some sweeping statements based on personal prejudice and scant evidence.

Postecoglu's body language is what would really worry me if I were a Spurs fan. From the second half of last season,  when the honeymoon was over, so often he stood on the sidelines like a potato with arms and legs and no idea what to do when his tactics fell about him as teams had learnt how to play them.  He won't see out the season.

 forgot about him too. Surely they need to offload some attackers

They'd be better without Son I reckon,  his legs have gone

Also Johnson is a textbook Spursy player. Nippy, but not quick enough to really use it as a weapon. Skillful, but not enough to regularly create something with a bit of skill. And lightweight as fuck.

Desperately needs some proper coaching and has done for some time.

I like Cooper, seems a good egg.

He looks like a reptile, so he definitely came from an egg

Vicario going absolutely mental at an 18 year old that had just come on the pitch, and was being closed down two on one, with no senior players helping him out, is a very good look.
