Long live the Pope.

Dunno like. Did you not see Pope nearly trip up over his own feet without the ball in the second half yesterday? [emoji38]

Aye, just desperately want any of our missed transfer targets to fail so we can have a minor, petty victory.

I think it's that arrogance that annoys me the most - the whole 'We're Liverpool and we're bigger and better so it just has to happen, they have to sell him to us' all said with a completely straight face because they genuinely mean every word they're coming out with. They are that arrogant. Stamping their feet because they're not getting their own way, they're fucking scum man

It took me a second to figure out they where individual moments. I sat here for a good 20 seconds thinking "How does times dispossessed equal a minute sum"

Well up for that though.

Have so little animus for Palace (Parish, Guehi Pardew?) compared with Liverpool and Chelsea that I'm really delighted they won today. Would be absolutely incredible if the cartel got botted in the cups again by the upstarts despite placing their thumb on the scale this summer.

The commentators were absolutely purring over Liverpool first half and I couldn't help but think how distinctly average they looked on the whole. I remember Wirtz being on the ball plenty but doing absolutely nothing of note with it, but "Fletch" was seemingly in awe about how involved he was and McCoist as per was creaming his duds at almost everything Liverpool did. The commentary was nauseating from start to finish.

Complimenting Liverpool on such a transformational transfer window, how well run they were and how many players they managed to sell all the while whilst McCoist banged on about how Palace should be happy they kept ahold of their players and have only managed to spent £3m.

"Liverpool are going to be a joy to watch" blah blah blah. And that's of course before and after they kept trying to shoehorn Isak into Liverpool's side. But absolutely NOTHING will top Darren Fletcher crediting Diego Jota with Liverpool's second goal the fucking wet wipe.

Not to mention VVD looking like an old man and the two full backs will get massively exposed when they bomb on.
