Everything we’ve achieved is from the fruits of Staveley, Ashworth and Howe regime. The first full season without all 3 Howe, Isak, Tonali took it to another level with Bruno Burn Schar Pope et al holding it together. Despite an awful summer and rough start. But another year of leadership malaise has caught up to us. An all time awful window has left us short. I have no doubt some in the dressing room are losing hope in the project. I’ve always given Villa’s owners and leaders credit. You can see they are giving their all to be the best they can Be. I’ve not felt the same about ours for a long time. As soon as Madueke started maturing and becoming a player they sold him to bring in another development project in Gittens. Rather than go out and get Osimhen they faffed about and got Delap to develop. That’s seemingly their entire game. It doesn’t make sense mind.
