12 point deduction for breaking FFP when it's geared entirely towards the big clubs is a pisstake.

It's absolutely no shock that the 'lesser' teams that have had a go at the top 6, have ended up financially fucked when it doesn't work out. Everton, Wolves and Leicester.

Try and break the "big 6" at your peril. If it's doesn't work out, you'll be allowed to spend fuck all and relegation beckons.

Utterly corrupt league like.

Aye it's shit. If the club can afford it they shouldn't be handicapped. If a non-big 6 clubs fucks up in the window, that's pretty much game over. If Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea do it, meh, let's throw another £200m at it.

Whether it's earned through their sponsors or an individual/group, that shouldn't be allowed to happen.

Telegraph Sport understands the Premier League has recommended the punishment to be extremely severe, and up to a maximum of 12 points. Such a sanction would put them on minus five points - 10 adrift of Luton, who currently occupy 17th place in the league.

Everton’s case is currently being heard by an independent commission after they recorded financial losses of £371.8million over a three-year period, which is well over the permitted amount of £105million set out by the Premier League.

Though the final decision will be made by the commission, the Premier League is seeking a points deduction as punishment if Everton are found guilty.

Would still have them finishing above Sheff Utd and Luton.

So far Luton has actually been the best team out of the promoted ones. Best GD, most points, and looking the least terrible.
