Need him and the others to chronicle their adventures, eating crumpets and drinking tea. Please.

NO FORUM MIKE UPDATE:

Mike is currently eating Galaxy, chips and drinking orange juice with bits.

Shak has sang him a lullaby.

He's off for a nap then we're sending him on the hunt for a Scotch Egg.

You gonna try fish and chips or anything else like ham and pease pudding stotties Mike? You should try and get down the coast if you can, get yourself some fish and chips from Longsands in Tynemouth.

Stotties are only available in Greggs, get your ham and pease pudding from the Grainger Market, and make sure to use proper butter. I don't really like pease pudding personally, but it's a rite of passage.

The other Geordie food worth trying is Singin' Hinnies (basically squashed and nicer fruit scones)

You don’t have ‘bits’ in your orange juice in USA??

No wonder we kicked you out of the Empire

We have pulp, you know, like what it actually is.

Bits ffs.

Look, oranges are a relative newcomer to these shores. Brought over by a GI in 1942.

We’re not sure what to call these things ok?

We have Pulp too but they were a class band in the 90s.

Besides, it's our language, so by design 'y'all' have to follow our lead. ;)

Has @Mike got an itinerary?

Y'know like visit Hadrians Wall, St James stadium tour, go to Greggs, have a pint on the couch outside the Ballerat in Shields, meet Johnny Decker, go to the Whitley Bay Mosque, skinnydipping at Cullercoats, go to Ashington and chat with one of the locals, get the happy bus home from the town one night, ... etc etc
