Yeah and Im sure if Milan pursued it they could have obtained a different outcome. Uefa have to apply the rules in an even manner.

Mazzy Posted Thursday at 09:05 Share Posted Thursday at 09:05 Considering what happened to Everton and Forrest I'm shocked more in the media can't see the blatant corruption that we are seeing right now. If there is any justice; Chelsea and Man City start next season with massive points deductions and transfer bans. Won't happen but it's what they deserve. Everyone is too busy watching us and waiting for one wrong move, Chelsea acting like a former Soviet Union state selling mineral mines to its self. Dr.Spaceman Posted Thursday at 09:45 Share Posted Thursday at 09:45 This is absolutely ridiculous. It's a game of cat and mouse at this stage. Just do the escrow thing and let clubs spend what and how they want.

Unbelievable Posted Thursday at 10:43 Share Posted Thursday at 10:43 Pretty sure the info that’s come out today isn’t new, is it? I’ve known for months (from reading before in this thread) that Chelsea have set up this scheme whereby they retain the revenue of assets they’ve sold inter-company. Stifler Posted Thursday at 12:19 Share Posted Thursday at 12:19 More and more evidence that the Premier care not about PSR, but limiting certain clubs. Everton, and Forest were just examples thrown into the fire.

TK-421 Posted Thursday at 12:59 Share Posted Thursday at 12:59 (edited) Another American owned club getting away with not being sanctioned by the PL. Who'da thunk it??!! Edited Thursday at 12:59 by TK-
Dan Gleebals Posted Thursday at 13:08 Share Posted Thursday at 13:08 My biggest issue with these rules is that the the fuckers who designed them, are so reluctant to apply them to every club (which agreed to them in the first place). It is so clear that certain clubs are more than taking the piss, yet they are getting away with it. ALL clubs should be punished if they break the rules, not just those who don't have the resources to come up with some elaborate schemes to avoid them. The more I think about it, I cannot fathom why everyone went along with it in the first place. Also, why aren't more clubs vocally calling the whole thing out as the shambles that it is?
