On the plus side; so far his injuries have mainly been impact related - broken toe, broken back, broken leg. Must just absolutely hate milk...

Shame for him, but should be back for the new season at least.

Like a new signing! Pants for the lad. Hope it heals as well as it can.

I've had a fractured tibia before brought on by shin splints. Might have some similarities maybe... plenty of rest, some ultrasound therapy and knee/ankle tendon flexibility and strength training helped a lot.

Hopefully with the right medical team he'll be back fit and raring to go for preseason.

Expected to be back in time for preseason apparently which is good news

And as we keep being told, if a player misses pre season you can write them off for the entire season as they’ll never ever get match fit

Must be getting too friendly with Sven Bootyman and his crockedness is rubbing off on the lad. Get rid. Woltemade or Mason Miley RB til end of season please.

The fibula is the smaller of the 2 shin bones thankfully, only bears about 15% of your body weight.

I've had a fractured fibula before, was on crutches for about 5 weeks, so nothing major. Assuming he will have better care than I did too so probably less for him.

He's got the height.

I love Nick as much as anyone but can we keep the ball away from his head around our own goal as much a possible please?

The Anderson situation had nothing to do with his contract all due to our desperation to not take a points hit. Elliott had no desire to leave if I recall correctly but agreed to it knowing it would help his beloved club.
