May as well start him at right back for the rest of the season. Good chance he will be our number 1 there next season

Tino looks to be off, we need him to stay fit for seven games and play to his top level to maximise the fee we can get for him. Start Miley at CM as much as fitness allows, he is our future there.

There is no chance he will be number one RB next season. I swear people make things up just to worry about.

He was excellent at right back to be fair. Unless we're confident we can bring in someone better for that position, I'd have Miley there.

But the point is he’s a class CM and that’s his future, surely. Great he can fill in well of course. Sure he could play anywhere but we need to be maximising his potential.

If Tino goes we need to sign a new right back, maybe two (one for Tripps). We can't go into the season expecting Miley to do it because he had a few good games there when we were stuck. It's too risky, what if after a few games he starts to look weak there? We need to be buying an established right back and using Miley in the midfield again imo.

There's absolutely no chance we're planning a future where Miley plays significant games at RB.

Much needed ball playing anchor in midfield is where he is needed right now

Personally I think he is showing great timing of his runs in the box, which added to his heading ability, makes him potentially a real goal threat. Only issue is that he seems to keep cutting in on his left foot for getting the shot off. Maybe playing the Joelinton role on the left side would give him more opportunity to make those runs and get it on his right foot for the shot.

I wouldn't be too worried like. He was.quality when he played there. Far better than trippier has been this season and Livramento a lot of the time...wouldn't be the first centre mid to revert to being a. Full back

He's a CM just play him there.

Double pivot with Miley, Bruno and Tonali (or his replacement) rotating with Woltemade as the 10 and a couple of inside forwards either side of him supporting one of the two new strikers we bring in cos ours are shite.

Crazy talk to view Miley as anything but a central midfielder. Should only play RB if we have no fit right backs available.

Absolutely this.

For me he replaces Tonali (if sold) in the starting lineup next season.

Agreed. If Sandro goes I'd happily see us invest in what would essentially be a Miley replacement, as he takes the role.

Yep, not only that I’d like to think a bulk of the money would be spent on other positions.
