I always look at young players, the end product is not there, it's about how they look at the game and how others want them on the ball. That's when you know they are a top player.

The way Lewis Miley glides on the pitch, there are few that can do that. He is an international in waiting and has the world at his feet.

He's just class, I've never seen an 18 Yr old give the ball away so few times, and make good decisions while doing it. He only seems to turn it over when shooting or crossing.

Still just 18. Crazy. He’s got all the technical attributes and a great size now.  Could go up a level or two physically. I think that’s what he needs to start dominating games.

I like Miley but when we play him and Bruno together we do seem to lose something and balls do get played through midfield more, could it be that they are to similar?, I would like to see a game with him replacing Bruno rather than alongside and see how we look.

I think that has more been Willock being lightweight. Despite the limp second half we looked much better with Tonali at the base of the three with Miley and Bruno further up.

he’s really good, just have to figure out how to get him more involved in our play really.

He put Bruno to shame because he knew when to release the ball aside from all the calmness.

He barely put a foot wrong today. When he got in trouble he worked his way out. Really, calm, composed performance and showed pace a couple of times I didn't think he had. Cracking touch and finish for the goal. Such an exciting prospect for us and hopefully a ton more to come.

First half he was different gravy. Second he dropped off a bit, much like those around him.

Very good. I’d like him to take a shot more often when he has space at the edge of the box though. First intention is to play it wide, but he strikes the ball so well you’d think he’d be a better taking the shot on on occasion.

For all his promise last season he basically never looked a goal threat; it looks like he may already be addressing that with two excellent finishes so far this year. Still don't think he's ready to be depended on because he still can't affect a game for a full 90 minutes, but definitely share everyone's excitement. That's two home appearances from him now where he's dragged us back into the game after falling behind.

Thought he was class save for a nervy couple of touches early on and that stray pass in the second half. Surprised by how good he is in the air. Obviously he’s tall but he looks so much stronger this season

Superb today I thought. Feel like he should play deeper than Bruno, mind and today confirmed that.

Hopefully Big Jow is back soon and we can look at maybe giving Bruno a little rest and try Miley along side Joe and Tonali, we need a fit Bruno for the final and he's looking a little jaded right now.
